		<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t want to discourage you, but your job sounds like absolute hell. You don&#039;t get breaks, they make you work insane shifts, you have to deal with feces regularly, too many crazy people, rude coworkers, regular feelings of shame...

Maybe it would be good to think about finishing the midwifery program you originally started. There&#039;s no way that is going to be as brutal, but it might have a lot of the upsides, like the feeling of helping people.]]></description>
